At DelBalso Construction, we prioritize safety above everything else. There is nothing more important than our employees getting home safely at the end of the day. We take several methods to ensure that this is the case:

We have a written safety manual that employees must all read and acknowledge prior to working for us.

We consult with external safety specialists to ensure that we are following standards appropriately and maintaining the ability for our employees to work safely.

We have a safety program that rewards good safety practices via a point system with which they are able to purchase specific items at the end of each calendar year.

Our employees are required to have their OSHA 10 or 30 hour Certifications.
