Dominic DelBalso

Owner/President

Dominic graduated from John Carroll with a degree in Business Administration. His extreme work ethic, personability, and ability to envision how to build and grow a company are key to DelBalso Construction's success and perception to our customers and subcontractors. Dominic has hands-on experience with every level of construction we perform which helps him to have a complete understanding of what is required and expected from a quality and efficiency standpoint.

Mike DelBalso

Founder/Operator

Miguel, as he is known, has worked in the industry for over 50 years as an owner/operator. He has a vast amount of knowledge in the field and brought his son Dominic into the industry at an early age. He has worked in Cleveland for decades, and has experience working in almost every building in Cleveland, Miguel's ability to operate all types of machines in different conditions is unparalleled. Together with his son Dominic, he helped to grow DelBalso Construction, LLC to the company that it is today.

Mark Kollin

Abatement/Demolition Foreman

Mark is a 310 Laborer who has worked in the field for over 30 years. He knows the ins and outs of abatement and selective demolition and has the resume and knowledge to back it up.

Anthony DelBalso

Consultant

Tony is one of the oldest first cousins in the family. He worked as a 310 laborer for over 40 years in the trenches with his Uncle Miguel. Upon retirement from 310, Tony became a consultant for DelBalso Construction. Between his work ethic and his experience in the field, his value to DelBalso Construction, LLC is immense.
