Company Activities
DelBalso Construction is a family company and strives to maintain a degree of familiarity and comradery between its employees so that they work well together and genuinely enjoy being around each other. We consistently try to put together social activities and events for our employees so that we can give back to them and their families, as well as the community. This year we had a paintball outing for our employees. In the past we have organized company golf outings for charity and holiday parties for employees. We like to use these activities as teambuilding and leadership training and believe they are extremely important to our growth.
We attend construction shows yearly, and each year will bring an employee or two along who have shown exemplary performance that year and the ambition to learn and grow with our company. At these shows we can learn new and innovative ways to grow our company safely and efficiently while keeping up with modern day standards. Our cementer finishers take classes at World of Concrete to help them stay at the leading edge of their field.
